I have Air Asia to thank for discovering this museum: they cancelled my onward connection Kuala Lumpur to Vientiane and gave me a whole day to fill in KL. Amazingly, although I had transited at the KL airports many times, I had never ventured the 70 mins each way into the city. This well-presented museum made my stopover worthwhile.
